ISO 22000:2018

ISO 22000 is an international standard that denes the requirements of a food safety management system covering all organizations in the food chain from “farm to fork”. The standard combines generally recognized key elements to ensure food safety along the food chain, including:

CERTIFICATION PROCESS

The certification process involves the following steps:

  • application for certification;
  • acceptance of Quality Certifications International offer;
  • performance of a preliminary audit (optional);
  • performance of a certification audit (in two stages);
  • management of any identified deficiencies;
  • deliberation by the Quality Certifications International;
  • surveillance audits.
